Individual counseling helps you to develop your connection with your true self.  Many people get busy with everyday tasks and miss out on the signs that are telling us to slow down and look within our emotions and feelings.  You will explore how to identify your needs through self-awareness and self-discovery.
When working with individuals my goal is to provide a safe and inviting space for you to share your story and determine where you want to take it.  Our work will be guided by your plans and needs of individual counseling.
